GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
The group fitness classes are suitable for all levels and abilities as there are always modifications given.
With classes, I always recommend that you come along two or three times before making a decision on whether to continue, as sometimes the first time can seen quite daunting and difficult. You are always going to get better and improve with time!

INSANITY is a cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of interval training. This will push you to new training heights; burn more calories, aid weight loss and muscle tone, improve metabolism and general overall fitness and wellbeing. You get out what you put in and it's not for the feint hearted!
This is a mind, body and soul class that is a mix of the principles used in Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates.
